President Chavez visits Cuba to meet with Raul and Fidel Castro
Managua, Apr 15. ABN.- This Thursday early morning, the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Hugo Chavez took off from Nicaragua to Cuba to hold a meeting with his Cuban counterpart Raul Castro.
After a visit to Managua, Nicaragua's capital, to meet with Daniel Ortega, Chavez informed that he was going to visit Cuba for an encounter with Raul Castro.
In addition, the Venezuelan Head of State assured that by this Thursday noon, he will meet with the leader of the Cuban Revolution Fidel Castro.
The announcement was made after Venezuela and Nicaragua endorsed a series of agreements on health, tourism and food aimed at strengthening the bilateral links in the framework of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (Alba).
